Is it Sheila's bonus part? If it is then you have to go round to where the egges are being held captive/where they were and find a wall then kick it and you should get the purple gem there.
Note: There are also other walls where you can get gems from in the caves in that area.

At the place where you free the eggs from the cages look around,you will see a spot that is out of place(its brick) kick the wall and there is the 25 gem.Good Luck

I think you have to keep doing the super-high jump and kicking the area above the places where you get the original gems.

Super-high jump every area in the level. It should be there....just keep trying :)
