After you battle the sorceress and win, you see a cutscene of her arm coming out of the lava stuff surrounding the area you battled in. What does this mean? Is there anyone who knows what that is?

Ok so I have compleated the game and when you see her arm come out of the lava that means that she survived. You will see her again in the super bonus round that you can unlock when you get all of the gems and eggs. You will get another egg for defeating her in the super bonus round.
