For crush once he is running from one ring to another, flame hima dn e should follow you and try to hit you. Keep running around in a circle and he should hurt himself. Try to keep close to him to flame him.
To get to autumn plains you have to get all the talimans and beat crush.

Ah, Crush's easy. Just flame him while he's running from circle to circle. Oh and don't die. For Ice attacks, just jump over. For Fire, run around them.
For Autumn Plains, just beat Crush. See above.

When he does fire attacks, run away. When he does ice attacks jump over them. When he's running then flame him.
