Please help me,how to find the mixed oil?

LOST PROPHETS

You need the wrench from on the seat in the tram.you unscrew the hose and put out the fire near the sales office. In there youll find the oil additive. In racoon city park if you go to the right with the rusty crank and wrench go in there the oil is in there. Mix the additive and oil together to get mixed oil
