To get better relationships with anyone give them gifts they like

You can't make chocolate but if you're not married then girls that like you will give you some if not make you're wife have a blue heart and when the festival comes round she will give you chocolate.

You can't throw a party but you and your wife will celebrate or you can speak to the girls and they will invite you to stay with them for the festival

Thomas=The small fat Mayor
Harris=The Mayor's son. He's the policeman you want to get a better relationship with. Just give him gifts, he'll even teach you a recipe if you give him some eggs I think. I'm not sure on how to make chochalte but you can't throw a party at your house. If you're married, you and your wife will eat dinner together though.

thomas is the annoying mayor of mineral town, and harris is his son who always chasing won. if you want the easly way to make friendship with the policeman, just give him flowers. you can't throw party in you're house ( i hoped it can...) but after you married you celebrate in your house
