Are you talking about the battle where you fight him first alone then as a group? If you are, I suggest you train until you are at a much higher level than him because that fight is one of the hardest fights in the game. I would suggest that you go with the following formation: Ramza Knight (use punch art, not throw), Knight (male), Monk(male), Archer(male or female), Summoner(male or female). Make Ramza have counter instead of blade grasp and move + 2 (or plus one if you don't have two).

Hmmmm, I suggest just keeping him a Squire. Right now, I'm about to come up to his fight, and I'm around level 78... I would suggest you be around level 50, MAYBE 45 if you think you can do it one-on-one. The easiest way to slide through this battle is to do this at around that level is this:
Get far away from him and keep avoiding him. Do the following--
Use Yell until Ramza is up virtually every turn.
When you've gotten that down, use accumulate until he's buffed out. While Weigrafe is very strong, even at a low level that should ensure your passage through this portion of the game, since you should be able to attack then heal per turn. (His counter attack is devastating)

Okay, my friend started a file on my game and he reached where you are now. What he did is if you have a Squire as your character, make sure his abilities are set with knight. Speed Break is going to be your ticket to beating the human form, hit him with speed break about six times and avioding him at the same time. SAVE GAME FIRST, this is incase it doesn't work the first time you can restart the battle. As you hit him more and more, your turns will increase till you have about 10 turns in a row and that should be plenty to destroy him. I am about to reach where you are and what Mitsachan said is a good Idea, have your character pretty strong, my character is already at level 92 and most of my charactera at levels 70-80 and have mastered almost every ability. I hope this helped any.
