Right off the bat, I can tell you that I had the most difficulty with the execution site. To have a sure victory, train your people until your select five are double the level of the people your fighting against. Personally, I would take Agrias, Ramza, Mcgyle, AG, and red chocobo. If you don't mind changing jobs, I would suggest changing your chemist to a monk and replacing the chocobo with him. Monks are extremely useful when well trained and I would suggest having one. With this group, all you have to do is train (and save often!!!). Finally,(if your group doesn't already know this) get everyone to learn JP up (squire ability). This will make your training a lot easier and help you progress faster.

Ok idk what the deal is with the excecution site and having a hard time. I fought it at just 1 or 2 lvls above the enemy and I won it first try. What I did is used Garlas(Ramza) the Girl Holy Knight,a lancer,a priest and a black mage. I used everyone except the black mage to take out the bottom guys Ramza and the Girl Holy Knight took out the knights then the main enemy guy(srry been I while since I played) The black mage took out the first time mage with 2 spells one was a crit. Then moved on the the second time mage. That one was a bit harder cause he stoped my blk mage twice but I got him in 3 spells. (All spells were lightning btw) so the mages were out and the knights still fighting the main boss in the center. Then I moved the lancer up with the blk mage around back to take out the knights and archers back there. The lancer took one then the mage hit 3 of them with one spell finished 2 and the lancer cleaned up. Garlas(Ramza) was almost dead and the priest was running outta mana. So was the Holy Knight(argas I think?) Anyway moved them out potioned priest for mana and he heal argas and Garlas. Lancer and mage brought him down by hitting him from far away with spells and jump. Then brought garlas and argas back in to finish. Oh ya argas did die once but I rezed her and it was fine. Happy Hunting!
