OK listen up because this gets tricky.
To be a master squire make sure you are in act 4 and you are at the place where you fight Celia and Lede for the second time. (actually it doesn't matter, just be fighting them) Have Ramza be a squire and when Celia or Lede casts Ultima try to get Ramza hit with it. The game wil ask you whether to learn Ultima or not,press yes.(Obviously)
To be a master summoner you need to be in the last level of the Deep Dungeon. Have someone be a summoner and let he/she be hit with "Zodiac", this is the most powerful summon in the game, I suggest have MP Switch to survive it. It hits 999.
