For your sake, I hope you saved on a seperate file so that you can go back and train. If not, then all I can say is keep trying. I would suggest having a monk so you can revive your characters and maybe a lancer if possible. Have as many characters as you can learn the monk art revive. I would also suggest having one character have items as his skill (but only if you have any pheonix downs). If you didn't save on a seperate file but at least can go back to a level before this one, try stretching out that battle as long as possible to gain more experience and jp. Heal your players, attack yourself, use weak attacks against them, etc. This is one of the harder battles in the game so all I can really say is good luck.
