Battle at Golgorand Execution Site

I have been having major difficulties with the Battle at Golgorand Execution Site.
This is where Ramza and Agrias try to go rescure the Princess from being slaughtered, and they eventurally get trapped here by Gafgarion.
Well, I'm not even sure what my problem is, other then, I just CAN NOT beat it...
My Ramza is Level 30, and is a mastered Knight.
I have a Level 27 Black Mage who knows Fire 4 and Flare.
I have a Level 25 Summoner who knows Moogle, Ramuh, and Odin.
And I have 3 or 4 other people over Level 20 as well.
I hardly ever use Agrias, she is only level 15.
But I just watched alot of videos of people beating this stage with characters not even at Level 20.
And I'm not sure how they do it.
One difference I did see, was the jobs of the people.
They were using ninjas alot.
And that is one thing I actually do not have.
I have not unlocked the ninja job yet.
So if you think having a ninja would help me, can you please tell me what I must do to unlock the ninja job?
And if you have any other suggestions for beating this stage, please tell me.

To get a Ninja, your character must be a level 3 archer, a level 4 thief and a level 2 geomancer.

This is the hardest level in the game. Train like crazy for it. Try to be at least 10 levels higher than your opponents. Use Agrias because when she's at a high level she's very strong. When training, set the squire ability Gained Jp Up to all of your characters training. This will greatly increase the speed at which they learn new abilities in any job. I suggest the following formation:
Ramza (Knight), Agrias (holy Knight. If agrias is not trained enough, then use a male or female archer), Male (monk), Male (Knight or Lancer if you have a javelin) and Male or Female (Summoner or Black Mage). Try to get each character to master their ability or at least get very close to doing so. In battle, go for Gafgarion first, then go for the time mages (Germinas Boots will help you do this). You don't "have" to have a ninja to beat that stage if you have flare and odin start out with both hitting gafgarian and he should be done after that when he's gone the rest should be pretty easy but I do recommend having at least 1 monk in your party they get pretty strong real fast plus they can hit multiple people with the earth strike which comes in handy alot
