Which monsters do I fight to get twin lance or punishment,also,is there a magazine called weapons mon september or not

ANSWERS

To get the Twin Lance you need:
Dino Bone = 1
Red Fang = 2
Screw = 12
You can find the above here:
A) Dino Bone= (Balamb/Training Center and Island closest to hell)- From T-Rexaur/
Change card into an item, Mug or receive as a battle prize.
B) Red Fang= (Esthar and Island closest to hell)- From Hexadragon receive as a
Battle prize.
C) Screw= (Galbadia, Dollet, and Timber)- From Geezard receive as a battle prize
Change card into an item.

To get Punishment you need:
Chef's Knife = 1
Star Fragment = 2
Turtle Shell = 1
Screw = 8
Which you can find here:
A) Chef's Knife = (Centra Ruins)- From Tonberry change card to an item or receive as
A battle prize.
B) Star Fragment = (Island closest to hell and Deep sea deposit)- Sometimes on
Hexadragons w/RARE ITEM ability received as a battle prize.
C) Turtle Shell = (Tomb of the unknown King)- From Adamantoise/ Change card into an
Item or receive as a battle prize.
D) Screw = (Galbadia, Dollet, and Timber)- From Geezard receive as a battle prize
Change card into an item.
