ANSWERS

They are all in balamb garden on the third disc. The first one is the guy walking by the map thing where the save point was. The next challenge I think is by the cafeteria entrance. Then I think it's the group of girls in front of the map. Then in the training center. Then xu on the brigde. And to face the king you gotta talk to nida hell say somethin like your gettin good or somethin, then go to dr, kadowaki and she say youll face the king soon, then you go to your dorm and sleep. The king(quistis) will appear next to you. In order for any of the card players to accept your challenge you have to win at least like 20 games in balamb garden. I hope this is right and I hope it helps, typed this from memory.

theyre all in balamb garden 1st is by the info panel he walks up from the bottom of screen second is comming out of cafe the next is the two girls by the info board,next is on the second floor by the lift he appears with a friend although its a random appearance so you may have to leave area and return a few times then xu then talk to the doctor and after that go to your dorm and keep sleeping untill next one comes to you
