How can I enter asuka city after defeating the leader of byakko????

After defeating Byakko Leader, and getting through the Dum Dum Factory, in order to get into Asuka City, call Submarimon in the Asuka Bridge area. You'll be in the Asuka Sewers. Battle Datamon, and if you have a Staff Pass, he'll open a gate for you that will let you in. Sorry, I can't remember where Staff Pass is.
