You reel the rod and the line I think.

To make the rod you need to get Spiders web(or something like that)
Which you may get from killing Dokunemon,Spear(or wooden spear) you can buy that after you get these go to Divermon lak there will be one in the water talk to it and you will get a hook have all this things and talk to the guy to get a rod.
