I haven't played the game in a while, so I'm not certain, but I think you have to go to asuka server, north sector, boot mountain, kulon mine, kulon pit, and you should find a place called ice dungeon, find your way through there and you'll end up in fire dungeon, find your way through there and you'll end up in dark dungeon, find your way through there and you'll be there. But two things,
You need the four badges first, and like I said, I'm not certain that I'm right, it has been a whle since I last played the game.
