Beat the game with Veemon, and Wormmon. That should be it.

Messed up. Were you talking about Blazemon(spelling)?
For him you must unlock almost all the Mega Level digimon and beat the game with Impmon. Impmon is a strong digimon. Beating the game with him shoulden't be too hard for an experienced player.
