Hi, can anyone tell me Irenes level 7 tech skills and what does it do? And does Sprigg has level 3 and 7 tech skills? If so please tell me.

Irene's Level 7 tech is SirenSong.

You get it by helping the demi-humans return to Marbule in Home World, then take Irene to the doctor in the first hut and talk to him twice. The doctor reads something and she gets her Level 7 tech.

The actual tech says, "Play a tune on your harp to beat foes with waves." And Sprigg does not have Level 3 and 7, she only has Doppleganger.

The lvl 7 tech of Irenes attacks all foes with high damage.
Sprigg can't have more then lvl 5 and lvl6 techs.
