To complete level 2 in 1 mission go to north chelsea, find the limo get in it follow the Yellow arrow.
A bloke called Lucan will get in, follow the yellow arrow again and drive in to the roller door.
Nick a car and follow the red arrow in to the roller door ignore that guy and on u go in to chelsea smile!!!
