Do this patiently and you will jump up.Once up you will come face to face with the joker, he is one of the easiest boses to defeat, there are four walls.

At times he comes out of each, so don't go for him immediately,cause each time he is gone exploding dolls will come 2 at a time.
<BR>
<BR>
so stay grappled at one end and as soon as he comes out where you are standig, just go down and punch him.Keep doing this and then you will defeat him.
<BR>
<BR>
The same way with the scarecrow while playing as robin, Just dont get in the way of his lasers.
