I play WoW on my laptop, Screenshots are done in the exact same way as a desktop, the only difference I have found is that I have to hold down the "Fn" key while pressing the "Print screen" button to use it, as laptops tend to have less buttons than a regular keyboard.

Print screen, there are also easier methods such as using FRAPS to set any keybind you wish to screenshot, then it will save it to a folder of your choosing as a common file type.
