How do I move the rocks to the lagoon?

I've read that you have to put a nursing mother in the lagoon to make a golden child, but I can't get her there- the rocks are in the way. I've tried to have an adept builder move them but they are confused and do nothing. I also am having trouble finding more sources of food and my berry bush is almost depleted. Please help!!!

Sounds like you need to buy more tech.upgrade building tech for the rocks at the lagoon.Upgrade fertility tech so when you put the nursing mom in the lagoon, the child will turn to golden child. And upgrade the food tech so you can plant crops, the third food tech will allow you to fish in the ocean if you have the debris cleared from the beach
