Okay, so I have the shell phone and I have called ladies who I have relationships with
And one has been calling me back. But when I answer nothing happens...there isn't an
Option to invite her. Please help...I am totally stuck because of this.

Whenever she calls you back you can only watch your sim talk on the phone with her. If you want to invite her over, call her and do so.
