Is there a cheat for getting infinite sims and pets on sims 3 pets and if so what is it and is there a way I can adopt a raccoon or a deer into my family?

Nope,
But there is a cheat that you can get animals: Horses, unicorns, cats, dogs and other pets into your family by pressing:
1. Hold down CONTROL, SHIFT, C
2. Type in testingcheatsenabled true
3. Go to an animal you would like to adopt.
4. Hold down SHIFT and click "Add to active family"

And it should add the animal to your family, if not, you can't adopt that animal.

Yes there is a way to adopt a deer , 1 : find a deer 2 : pause game and then with your sim click on the deer and click wahtch deer , then click pet deer ....
If it does not work try to do lots of times watch deer ,,,, I hope this helped

Yes there is a way to adopt a raccoon

First you find a raccoon then you pause your game then you hit ctrl shift c then type in testingcheatsenabled true just like I have it then you hit enter and then you hit shift and touch the raccoon and you hit edit and save the raccoon to the bin and the next time you play the game just go to the pet bin and there you go you have a raccoon .

No, you can't adopt a deer. I have tried, it's like the deer isnt even alive because when my sim is petting the deer it doesnt show up in the relationship bar. Sorry. :/

You can't adopt a deer, but you can adopt a raccoon. Simply find a racoon and with testingcheatsenabled on. Shift+click on it. A few thngs will appear but click on edit sim in create a sim.

Now click on the ... And click 'Save sim' or whatever. Now can make a racoon when you want. But click 'Add to active family' if it appears.

If you want to make a foal in CAS, simply do the same thing, find it in pre-made sims, just leave it on all and all or it won't show up. Once you've found the foal click on it and edit how you like. This cheat also works with unicorns and unicorn foals.
