sunlight issue

Hey everyone, I have a family of plant sims but at night and during the winter I can't keep their sunlight up. When I clicked on their sunlight bar it told me there is something called a sun lamp (or something like that) but I can't find it anywhere, does anyone know where or how I can get it? It would be a big help! Thank you

If you can't find it in the game, you might have to download it from the sims website.
