To become a zombie your sim needs to die and have somebody who lives and or who is close to your sim bring him back to life using the resurrection career reward. To get this reward, you need to get to the top of the paranormal job, or use the cheat 'BoolProp Testingcheatsenabled true' with out the parenthesis, then shift click on a newspaper and select career rewards/paranormal. You will receive a telephone connecting you to the grim reaper himself. You select the sim you want to bring back to life. The reaper will ask for a hefty price, and to make your sim a zombie, pay half or little of the price. The dead sim will then come back to you as a zombie.

To become a werewolf, you need to build a high relationship with the leader of the pack. He is in Sims 2 Pets, and you can recognize him by his glowing eyes. He is a wolf. Make him your friend or close to you by giving him love and playing with him, and then you will see the interaction; 'nibble' and he will bite you. Then you become a werewolf!
