I tried moving out a mother and her 2 kids but I don't know where they went. I want to put them in a house of their own. How can I get them back in the bin so it will be the 3 of them in the house together?

Comment:(Dec 31 2007) Thanks but they are not in the family bin and yes I did save it. I can find them to put them in another house.For example I moved out the Pirate lady that left her husband. I got her son back and gave her another child. I moved the Pirate and the children out, saved the game and now they are no where to be found. Help I really like these sims....

This has actually happened to me too and I don't know exactly what happens. One sim gets put in the bin but I moved two sims out. It seems like the "Betty" story in Pleasantview.

If you tried moving them out then they should be in the bin. Did you put them into another house already? If you moved them out and didn't save the lot they were living on then they never moved and they would be back on that lot. Otherwise I don't know what happened.

I don't know if you're still looking for those sims, you probably replaced them by now, but I have an idea you could try. Go to the phone using someone that has met the missing sims and try throwing a party and inviting them. If they show up you can ask them to move in and then try to move them out again. I've done that before with a prisoner that ran away (prison set from Simlogical.com) and then I locked him back up. Lol.
