Hi,anyone know how to rescue edwin on level 3 in the war campaign I die at the stone wall every time,help would be appreciative, thanks!

Here's what I did. First of all, William's men are no help at all, except to divert the enemy's attention for a short while, so, don't expect any help from him. While his men are attacking on the south side for the castle, move all of your men along the right side of the map to the north-east end. When you are close enough to the wooden wall, your archers will take any enemy out. Once this is done, take one of your spearmen and tear down a section of the wooden wall and advance everyone forward, but try to keep them out of the enemy archers range. Then tell your laddermen to place their ladders along the north-east wall and then place your archers in the two northern towers and along the northern part of the wall. They will rain arrows down and give your spearmen and armed peasants some protection. Advance your spearmen and have them move along the north part of the castle and move along the north part until they are close enough to the keep, then click on Edwin and continue to do so until they are on top of the keep. All the while having the armed peasants make a direct beeline to the keep. Once the spearmen are they, victory is yours.

All you need to do is first destroy part of the wooden wall and then raise the ladders onto the stone wall and don't worry about any enemies

Yh I got the same problem nd I tried what teetomana said to do but it didnt workk caues my archers just died.

Here's how I did it. I moved my entire troops along the right side after william's troops are engaged. Using my archers to pick off anyone on the wood wall once they came into their range. Then using one ladder I moved the other laddermen to the base of the stone wall. Followed VERY closely by the peasants with the spearmen a few seconds behind them. Once on the wall I diverted them to clear the walls as far as possible. Then take my archers down through the first tower and up against the cliff towards the keep until the first enemy comes into range. Then systematically picking them off and evntually they guys on the keep come down. Be careful not to move in front of the buildings because you will be in reach of their archers.
