How do you MAKE a lightsaber?

Well, once you have all the parts needed to build your Lightsaber, such as the crystal, and the handle and all the other necessary parts, you need to go talk to the Irodonian. If you don't mind me and my technical terms, you need to go aboard the Ebon Hawk and talk to Bao-Dur. He will instruct you in how to make your Lightsaber, as well as how to upgrade it to make it even stronger. Well, that is all you have to do.

When you have all 3 parts that you need to make a lightsaber, and a colour crystal, put Bao-Dur in your party or go to him on the ship and ask him about the lightsaber. I can't remember what exactly to say, but I hope I helped!!!

You talk to Bao-Dur, he says he will make one for you. You get the cell fixture on Telos after you leave. Czerka gives this to you. Go to Dantooine when you get the chance. Go to the ruins. There is a missing guy tha people will want you to find for them. You can choose to save him, or kill him. Either way you will get a color crystal. You get the lens on Nar Shadda. Ask Bao-Dur to make this. You can get your speacial crystal in the crystal mine on Dantooine.

Actually you can talk to bao-dur when you are exploreing and you get the light saber I did this in onderon.
