You walk or teleport there if youre a member, it's southwest of seers, which is northeast of catherby, which is west of faladore.

First, you have to be a member. Once you are, go to falador and continue west on the path from varrock to get to Taverly. Once you are at Taverly, continue west (that's the main direction when getting there) to get to Catherbury. After that, continue west over the Whitewolf Mountain untill you get to the Seers Village. Then exit the city on the westward path and continue to follow that path untill you reach Ardougne.
ETA from Falador: about 3-5 minutes.
