You do not open them, you go to a GE clerk, press sets, and right click on the armour you have and go to exchange.

Yes the Grand Exchange Clerk (right click on the clerk and choose the sets option) is the only way to open/set up armor boxes.
Although maybe someday jagex will allow a option to open there is no way to.

Ok you go to the ge people and say boxs then you will go into this box thing find youre armour box then click on it then it will open youre box

Go to the grand exchange
Right click on one of the clerks and choose sets
Then right click on your 'box' and choose exchange
