On runescape tourist trap quest I am put in a cell how do I get out !!??

If you don't have the jail key, simply climb out of the window then up onto the rocks. You'll need to climb the rocks to get back onto normal ground. Leaving the jail this way means you will have to re-enter the camp.

If you don't know where to get the jail key from, you can find it in the white building located inside the mining camp. You have to search a table on the east wall in order to get it. This will save time if you end up getting caught and put into the cell again.
