Roam around the map, go near any building that looks like a condominium (the one with many floors), check in front of the building if there is a “BUY” button in front of the door. Also, note that you can only buy a house if there is no one owning it, there will be a “Owner:” text above the door. Prices per house are already stated on the front of the door. Use your interact button to buy the house.
