I'm at the Main entrance to Redmond, how do I get to the loan shark?

Guess I got your answer, man...
It is ussualy not hard to find loan-sharks office... But:
1)You can use "Quick Travel" to get to the store...
2)Exit the store...
3)Look at the houses in front of you, one of them must be loan-shark's office...

Note:LOAN SHARK'S OFFICE IS ALLWAYS NEAR THE STORE!!!
