I am at the big clock and have push the buttons in order and got the word bottom to appear.the clues to push are kind lady,good water,skys the limit. I press them and the slab does not open I don't know what to do,or what I have done wrong.please help

The same happened to me. Apparently there is a part where Emily leaves so you can read the letter her mom wrote. Did you do that? I couldn't figure out why she wouldn't let me read the letter so I got the answer from a walk through. I think because I didn't actually read it, it's not letting me get the slab out either.
