galactic map won't show up+it gets stuck
My pc configuration is intel pentium dual core 2.0 GHz,1.0 GB ram,Nvidia 8400 GS PCI Express.the game was going well except that it got stuck time to time & I had to restart the game.now after I got commissioned as a spectre(as stated in the game) I enter the NORMANDY & try to activate the galactic map.the map gets activated but the screen remains black except 'WIDESCREEN' written on the upper left corner.also when I press 'ESC' button or right-click then the map view changes for a sec and shows me 'MILKY WAY' but again without any map being shown.without the map I can't do intergalactic journeys & surely I wont be able to finish the game.so, can amyone plz tell me what's the problem & give me a possible solution?
