When you're out on the field, kill the guards and go in the water you'll find a secret way in the water, there's a ladder on the way climb it up and you'll be in the bathroom, there's 3 guards there pointing guns on the girl, use a flash bang and then kill them with a headshot, then just go through the mission as ussual...
