Can we get a helicopter in gta 3 at the begining of the game?if yes then how?

No but if you enter the cars fly cheat them get a tank point the turett back and fire repetedly driving of the bridge you will take of keep holding down the x button and repetedly pressing the circle button to keep flying note quick turns or dives will send you out of controll just fly straight and turn slowly don't go to fas or to slow you can get on roofs and the police helipad although there is no helicopter but in the final mission S.A.M.use this to get on the roof a the dam where the helicopter lnds and go up to the helicopter when it lands press enter vechle button and you will walk round in circles this is because rockstar didnt put a dummy in for the door so to get in and fly it wait till your walking round the back looktowards the helicopter and press jump and enter at the same time youu fall in it will now be flyble I think I'm the first persone to figure this out also it's been ten years and your still interested in gta 3 it's alabout iv and sanandreas but gta 3 still is good bin playin it and found this out took me 8 years to find a flyble helicopter.
