Buy a house and a wedding ring. Find a woman (or a man if thats how you roll) and flirt until the heart on the top of her head turns big and yellow. She'll say "how about a wedding ring" give it to her, then you get married.
You could also go to the whore house in darkwood.

The whore house is called the Darkwood Bordello, it is East of the Darkwood Lake, and you have to flirt with your wife for her to "go to bed" with you. It is easier if you have her follow you so she won't try to leave out of your house.
