You can sell the sparkling sand for 20 gold or you can give the sparkling sand in return of some items like helmets ,capes ,belts.
after getting some sparkling sand go to sir velence and go to that camp sight .complete all the quests there and then a shop will appear. You can exchange the sparkling sand there.
