Dragon Fable beginner wondering about the southern waterfall...

Hi!

So yes, I must travel to the southern waterfall and bring back a bag of salmon, right?
The only problem is, I'm not exactly sure where the waterfall is!
I think I might have found it, but when I try and go near the water, all it says is 'Area under construction!'.
What am I supposed to do?!?

Please help me out if you can :)

After you talked to Warlic go to the left, then down and to the left again. You should be in front of a waterfall. Look at the bottom of the picture and there should be a sack. Go to it.
