Is there a way to get unlimited funds on any or all missions?

No I highly doubt there is. However, if you fiddle around with the files, there may be a way to give yourself a desired ammount of money at the start of a skirmish. Although, I stronly recommend not doing so.

In the skirmishes, you have full build possibilities and all three sides have ways of getting money so that once your supplies get low you can still build
The Chinese have Hackers (After getting the Propaganda building) you can train Hackers at the barracks, and have them "Steal Money" from the "Internet". The US have supply drop zones (I think you need the Strategy Center first) once one is built 2:00 game minutes later a cargo plane will drop big crates on it and give you money (sometimes they miss but can be picked up by units. They get deployed with parachutes and sometimes if a building is in front of the zone it may get overshot and bounce off the building) and make sure if you know where the other players are try to have it where the plane won't go over the base because you'll get the unit under attack warning. As for the GLA they have a building that you can build that gives you money (Blackmarket) you need to have the palace built to get it available though... The Chinese hackers are vulnerable obviously being humans they can be run over so once you have a decent defense start getting them trained and send them to the back of the base so the enemy has to go through the whole base to get to them or try to and they also get upgraded, like all vehicles and troops after a while they get promoted they start at 5 bucks but after a while they will get 10 they go from 5 to 6 to 8 to 10. The black market gets you 20 and the US I don't recall the amount I hardly use them. (Ironic I am a US person... But I like the Chinese Overlords.. With towers and two or three with gatlins.. Thats all you need to protect yourself.. I was playing a 3 normal versus me on a 8 player map and lasted and won. I hate playing against the chinese or US on normal they send like 5 armored and some troops, then they just send one stupid airplane after you and thats all, 2 or 3 gatlins and he never bugs you. Oh well.. I hope that is enough info
