There is something that is starting to get on my nerves...
I have beat the game 4 times and I can't play on the stupid sandbox mode, how do I unlock it?

There isnt one, you are misinformed, the sandbox mode was on the original, but to play a verey vague version of sandbox, just complete a level and continue playing.
