No there is no invincibility cheat but if you know all the resource cheats and the AEGIS cheat you should be swarming them unless you are playing hardest mode

Game Masterhome answered:

There is no invincibility cheat but if you are finding that your base is being swarmed a lot build more castles and bombard towers

No, sorry there isn't a cheat like that!
But if you use the cobra car cheat loads of times, I'm pretty sure you will win the battle!

Guest answered:

You could use AEGIS cheat then make an army of 200 men then save the game then quit it and reload again because your enemy also uses the AEGIS cheat when you activate it so quitting removes the cheat then you could swarm your enemys because they have many villagers and a smaller army

I agree.
Guest answered:

... Why more cheats?
Anyway, you can do that with triggers.

Guest answered:

You can use the map editor to put yourself on an island surrounded by deep water. Then, add a bit of shallow water on your side.
Now, the enemy can't build docks. (No docks => no ships => no enemy soldiers)
