Go to any and every hotel/motel. That's the only place I've found drivers. I have four drivers, got my game about the same time you got yours. You will NOT find drivers very often and so far, I have only found drivers when I am bobtail.

I have been able to Hire Drivers while Hauling Cargo as well... But Meaedow Queen is Correct..... They are far and few in between... I run Eddy's Hauling Eggs "Doubles" from Nashville to Vancover.. It's worth alot of Money and have been able to find Most drivers on that route...and a few at the truck stop center of the map..

While hauling cargo, find a hotel. Possibly any should do, but not always. You will sometimes run into drivers for hire.
