Joins when you have defeated ALL 3 beginning Bosses.

Joins after defeating Wolf of the TFK Crew.

Unlock Samson:

Joins after defeating Angie of the 21st Street Crew.

Unlock Yumi:

Joins after defeating Kenji of the Bushido Crew.
