Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 Hints for PC

There is a glitch on the 'A Giant Problem' level of The Deathly Hallows - Part 2 that has been reported.
When trying to get past the final giant, the PC version of the game does not recognise your button press. Currently the only suggested solution to this issue is to change your display settings in the options so that the resolution is 640x480x16.

Find the collectables on Voldemort's Last Stand by using the instructions below:
Challenge 12 - Voldemort's Last Stand (CHALLENGE):
At the beginning of the level, look behind you to find the first collectable (video time:05:25).
Lord Voldemort (CHARACTER):
Once Voldemort destroys the scaffolding at the first checkpoint, examine the window on the right to find another collectable (video time: 05:50).
Combat Part 5 - The Final Duel (MUSIC):
As Voldemortâs health reaches the last quarter and you get the final checkpoint (as he jumps the gap ahead), this collectable can be found behind you (video time: 06:03).

Challenge 11 - Not My Daughter (CHALLENGE):
Find this one in the corner by some rubble (video time: 04:33).
Molly Weasley (CHARACTER):
This one is in the right hand corner as you face the two towers (video time: 04:47).
Ginny Weasley (CHARACTER):
This is in the left hand corner as you face the two towers (video time: 04:59).
Combat Part 4 - Securing the Bridge (MUSIC):
The final one is roughly in the middle, on the left as you look towards the two towers, up against the wall (video time: 05:12).

Combat Part 3 - Battle to the Vault (MUSIC):
Once you are given control of Ron and go up and down a set of stairs, the first collectable is beneath the stairs you just ran down (video time: 02:41).
Challenge 9 - Surrender (CHALLENGE):
Up some more stairs, this colltable is to the right of the large window (video time: 03:19).
Challenge 10 - A Turn of Events (CHALLENGE):
Once you reach Hermione, another collectable is to the right of her window (video time: 03:43).
Harry Potter (CHARACTER):
The last collectable is right in the flames of a door in the burning section as you pass up the next few sets of stairs (video time: 04:04).

You can find the collectables on the Battle of Hogwarts level by following the instructions below:
Fenrir Greyback (CHARACTER):
At the start, find this collectable in the left corner of the walkways (video time: 00:08).
Bellatrix Lestrange (CHARACTER):
Downstairs from the previous collectable, back outside, find this collectable round the corner to the left of the burning triangle (video time: 00:28).
Combat Part 1 - Courage (MUSIC):
After defending Hermione while she opens the door, and going through it, turn left. Shoot the left-hand torch on the wall to get a collectable (video time: 00:51).
Combat Part 2 - Fear at Hogwarts (MUSIC):
As Hermione opens another door for you and you enter the next section, go up and then back downstairs to the other side of the area to get this collectable (video time: 01:14).
Hermione Granger (CHARACTER):
This collectable is below the burning staircase on the next floor down (video time: 01:36).
Challenge 8 - The Battle of Hogwarts (CHALLENGE):
This one is on a further floor down (video time: 02:17).

For assistance in finding the collectables on the Lost Diadem level of the Deathly Hallows Part 2, follow the steps below:
Wandering Part 7 - Surrender (MUSIC):
Number one is to the left at the start of the level (video time: 07:45).
Gregory Goyle (CHARACTER):
The second collectable is on the other side of the ramp that Hermione exposes for you, to the right (video time: 08:00).
Draco Malfoy (CHARACTER):
After Draco attacks you from his defensive position and you go over a pair of ramps, find the collectable in the next area (before going over the next ramp Hermione opens for you) (video time: 08:22).
Challenge 6 - A Giant Problem (CHALLENGE):
In the next area, after defending against Draco, go in the other direction to get collectable number four (video time: 08:45).
Challenge 7 - The Lost Diadem (CHALLENGE):
During the next Draco encounter, the collectable is to the right (video time: 09:13).
Blaise Zabini (CHARACTER):
The final collectable of this bumper haul is in the next area Hermione leads you to. Find it at the end of the ramp (video time: 09:34).

Wandering Part 5 - Dark Magic (MUSIC):
At the beginning of this stage, head round to the left and backwards through a doorway to find this collectable in the corner (video time: 06:04).
Seamus Finnigan (CHARACTER):
The second collectable is in the first area, nestled up behind the fountain (video time: 06:23).
Neville Longbottom (CHARACTER):
After planting the third charge, and having cleared some rocks out of your way, there is a collectable where the rocks were, just past a bridge strut (video time: 06:33).
Wandering Part 6 - Tension (MUSIC):
At the end of the ravine, where there are two torches opposite each other, shoot them both for a collectable to appear on the path, near where to plant charge number four (video time: 06:52).
Challenge 5 - A Job to Do (CHALLENGE):
After the bridge is overwhelmed with enemies, the last collectable can be found to the right as you push through them, behind some cover (video time: 07:23).

Aberforth Dumbledore (CHARACTER):
Find this to the left at the crossroads once Ron says âTrolls, Death Eaters, Slytherins...â etc. (video time: 04:33).
Wandering Part 4 - Serenity (MUSIC):
Once Hermione comments on the spiders not being Acromantula, there is a collectable to the right (video time: 05:00).
Professor McGonagall (CHARACTER):
As Ron talks about the dampness, the collectableâs on the left (video time: 05:22).
Challenge 4 - The Basilisk Fang (CHALLENGE):
After the big cave, once you go through the door, the last collectable is down the tunnel to the right (video time: 05:47).

Wandering Part 3 - Mystery (MUSIC):
As you are fighting the Carrows at the start, there is a collectable on the right hand side of the room, past a railing (video time: 03:29).
Amycus Carrow (CHARACTER):
Still during the Carrows fight, this one is at the back of the room, near the onlookers, in the corner (video time: 03:39).
Challenge 3 - A Problem of Security (CHALLENGE):
Again during the Snape encounter, the last collectable is in the corner by the main table (video time: 03:50).
Alecto Carrow (CHARACTER):
While fighting Snape, there is a collectable to the right as you look at the front of the room (video time: 04:16).

Professor Snape (CHARACTER):
In the area in the street once you are swamped with enemies, after being prompted to use the Protego spell, there is this collectable in the building with the two enemies upstairs, but it is only unlockable having earned the Apparate spell, later in the game. You need to use this spell to get over the barrels blocking the way into the building (video time: 02:47).
Death Eater (CHARACTER):
After the street fighting and once you get the instruction to get to Honeydukes, ignore the objective indicator and go down the alley between two buildings to the left of this indicator (video time: 01:40).
Wandering Part 2 - Determination (MUSIC):
While Hermione is unlocking a gate for you, head to her left to get the collectable from around a corner (video time: 02:01).
Challenge 2 - The Streets of Hogsmeade (CHALLENGE):
After going through Hermioneâs gate, there is a collectable on the right, as Ron states that the level is nearly over (video time: 02:27).

Wandering Part 1 - Sorrow (MUSIC):
This is right at the start of the level. Head to the right and then go past the waterfall and you should see the blue collectable (video time: 00:05).
Challenge 1 - Gringotts (CHALLENGE):
Once you get to the initial set of cover on this level, the collectable is to the right (video time: 00:38).
Ron Weasley (CHARACTER):
Once you are given the message to meet Ron and Hermione at the bridge, ignore them, heading down the path to the left of them up into the cave. The collectible is inside (video time: 00:55).
Scabior (CHARACTER):
After you cover Hermione while she unlocks a door for you, and you go downhill, keep an eye out for a vault room filled with treasure. It also has the final collectable inside (video time: 01:15).
