The Campaign Achievments are split into three main branches that must be completed throughout the four acts. These are as follows.
A World of Pain
Complete the Exploration Achievments.
Grand Beastmaster of Sanctuary:
Complete the Bestiary Achievements.
Grand Lorekeeper of Sanctuary
Complete the Lore Book Achievments.
The glowing rainbow crevasse that can be unlocked during Act 1 is the portal to Whimsyshire provided that you have collected the correct ingredients.

Step 1 - Acquire the Following Items:
* The Black Mushroom from Cathedral level 1 in Act 1
* Leorics Shinbone from the fireplace in Leorics Manor in Act 1.
* Liquid Rainbow in a Mysterious Cave from a Mysterious chest in the Oasis Act 2. To enter the cave you must find a random spawn vendor in the Oasis.
* Wirts Bell from a vendor in the Bazaar Act 2. This item costs 100,000 gold.
* Gibbering Gemstone drops from Chiltara a rare spawn in the Frozen Cave Act 3. This is in the same area that you destroy the ballistics.
* The recipe for the Staff of Herding drop of Izual in Act 4.
Step 2 - Build the Staff:
* Using ALL the items found above, the recipe for the Staff of Herding, and 50,000 gold. This is built at the Blacksmith.
Step 3 - Quest:
* Take the staff to the open red glowing crevasse on Old Tristram Road in Act 1, use the staff and accept the quest.
Breaking Not So Bad:
Use a merchant to repair an item.
The Comfort of Strangers:
Recruit the Templar, Scoundrel, and Enchantress.
Scavenger:
Pick up 10,000 Gold.
Spare Change:
Pick up 50,000 Gold.
Moneybags:
Pick up 100,000 Gold.
Deep Pockets:
Pick up 500,000 Gold.
Staying Gold:
Pick up 1,000,000 Gold.
The One Percent:
Pick up 100,000,000 Gold.
Armed to the Teeth:
Equip ALL inventory slots with items that have a minimum required level of 25 or higher.
Prepared for Battle:
Equip ALL inventory slots with items that have a minimum required level of 60 or higher.
All That Glitters:
Pick up 5,000,000 gold.
Spoils of War:
Pick up 10,000,000 gold.
A Guiding Light:
Make use of the Templar as the follower.
Me, Myself & Eirena:
Make use of the Enchantress as the follower.
Legends of the Brawl:
Equip popular legendary (orange) item.
Chestmaster 2000:
Open 2,000 chests.
Born to Dye:
Dye one of a item.
Stolen Moments:
Make use of the Scoundrel as the follower.
Friends with Benefits:
Fully equip your fans.
Rarely There:
Equip an uncommon (yellow) item.
