Deus Ex Cheats for PC
To perform this glitch simply downgrade your pistol skill to 'Untrained' when starting a new game in the 'Character Creator' (use the freed up points on other things). When the game starts your pistol training will have been automatically upgraded to 'Trained' at no cost.

There are 3 possble endings in the game which are unlocked depending on what you opted to do during the game.
Unlock Ending A:
Merge with the Helios AI.
Unlock Ending B:
Agree to Morgan Everett's proposal to join the Illuminati and killing Bob Page.
Unlock Ending C:
Do as Tracer Tong says and destroy the world's communications.

Enable Cheat Mode:
To enable cheats, make a backup copy of a game file. Once this is done, open 'user.ini' in a text editor. It can be found in the deusex/system directory. Now assign the T key (upper and lower case) to 'talk'.
Change all entries for the T key in the file, then save it and exit. Launch the game. During gameplay, press T and the computer will display the prompt 'Say'. Delete this and enter instead 'set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True' to enable cheat mode.
Then to enter a cheat, press T again and type away.

Just to set things straight, because this is bugging me, people on this website need to learn to make things read more clearly!
To enable the cheats console, you need to do as said above(editing the .ini file) and then enter the text into the console in the game. just to make it clear i'll put it in quotes because other people don't understand it!
In the console put "DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True" please note that the console is case senstitive(put all your capitals in the right places!!) and that insert spaces as shown(note there is also a full stop after "DeusEx."
Just thought I'd set things straight!
