This following procedure involves editing a game file so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Find the 'skirmish' file in the 'command&conquergenerals:zero-hourdata' folder and use a text editor to edit the section labeled 'starting cash' by entering as much money as you want under it. Note: when you start the game and go to the skirmish set up screen the starting money will not reflect what you entered but when you start the game the money will be there. This trick will only work for skirmishes and not in campaigns or Multiplayer.
