This is a really easy way to get players free
first start a new game and depending on which team you want to be (for me its Man U for ever)select certain leagues so for this example we'll use them
England - second division and up
Spain - First division only
Germany - First division only
Italy - Serie A only
Now first create the manager for the team u want to be then go to game options then add manager (try funny names like Ivona Tinkle and Hugh Jas!) or use your friends names doesnt really matter then give them the job of manager at top teams
Then offer the best players for 0 pounds to the team you control or bid all the transfer funds on a under 19 player and use that money to buy other people
Make them retire after taking all the good things and voila an unbeatable team!
I got people like beckham and kahn doin this!

I got bored of playing with Arsenal so I started a team from Div 1. Well basically the players sucked and with my budget I could not get quality players so loaning players was my only shot at getting promoted.
Goalkeeper:
Stuart Taylor, Arsenal loan him to me. I got Andreas Isaksson in me 2nd season when I was promoted for 1m but values goes up to 15m because he is really young and world class. Also look for Lucas Rastello, I found him in French U21 squad. Cheap and a great back up keeper, only 375k, starts all 15 at age of 20!
Defenders:
I got Kevin Dawson frm Chesterfield
Alan O'hare is a great left back, gets 8 and 7s in every div1 and Epl game.
Midfielder:
You can try and get Freddy Guarin, world class and try to loan Cesc Fabregas from Arsenal, sucks at first but then starts to give lots of assists. You might want to try and sign him after few years value rises.
Strikers:
Supat and Aliadiere, these 2 are world class quality.
Y might want try signing Jermaine Defoe and Hatem Ben Arfa, they got great potential and well, thats all I guess. I am going to get a great Spainish team together now as I can't really find any good young Spainish players in my game. Wait For my next submission.
Buy all these people for a lower division premiership team like Portsmouth or Wolves:

With the latest Championship Manager, there comes a Data Editor.
If you click "Start" and then "All Programs", you should find and file called "Championship Manager 03-04". Click on this with the mouse and 2 options will come up. Click on Data Editor.
This will take you into a program where you can edit the database of the game. Now you have to load up a file on the program called "serverdb".
When this has loaded up you can change anything on the game. For example you could make yourself on the game an make you 20 for everything, as young as you want and put yourself into the team that you are going to be. You can also give your club a large sum of money and transfer amazing players to your team for free.
Make sure you have it exactly how you want it because you can only edit before a game, not during it.
I would advise you to make a backup copy of the original database incase anything goes wrong.
